Pride 5K - Mission

The Pride 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Mission Hike and Bike Trails, 1801 Native Land Design, Mission, Texas. The event is hosted by RGV Queer Run Club and proceeds will benefit South Texas Equality Project (STEP).

This is a timed 5K event with chip timing and live results for the 5K. Timing is provided by Puro 9:56 Racing. Participants are encouraged to run, jog, or walk at their own pace. All registered participants receive a race shirt and a finisher medal. The top three finishers in each listed category receive an additional medal.

Event amenities include a hydration station, music with a DJ and MC, free race photos, and a start/finish line arch. The event lists award categories for female, male, nonbinary, and a combined teens and kids group (17 years and under). The organizer also offered a separate T-shirt purchase option.
