Poley Peak Pursuit
Poley Peak Pursuit is a trail running event at Poley Mountain in Sussex (Waterford), New Brunswick, held on October 10, 2026. The event offers two distances:
- 5 km with 150 m elevation gain
- 13 km with 570 m elevation gain
Both routes use mostly flowy single track for the majority of the distance. The 13 km course includes a sustained ascent on a feature called the "Chute" near the final climb and passes the lodge area before the finish.
The 5 km route climbs on Climb Trail and descends on Huckleberry. The 13 km route follows multiple named trails in sequence, including Climb Trail, Balistic, Bear Necessities, Fox Trot, Huff & Puff, Goat Path, Road to Quad Chair, the Chute on the final climb, then the '99' descent and Tribute to the finish.
