The Points East Lighthouse Run/Relay takes place on June 13, 2026. The event starts at the East Point Lighthouse in Elmira and finishes at the Souris Lighthouse on MacPhee Avenue. The route follows the Points East Coastal Drive along eastern Prince Edward Island and the solo course covers 29 km.

Registration opens February 5, 2026. Registration includes a t-shirt and registration fees apply; for example a per person charge of $56.31 is listed for the period Feb 5 to Jun 3. Race kit pickup and packet pickup locations include the Eastern Kings Sportsplex at 203 Veteran's Memorial Hwy in Souris and Running Room Charlottetown, with sessions scheduled the day before and the morning of the event.
