The in-person race takes place on the ECU Health Sciences Campus, starting and finishing at the College of Nursing. The course begins in front of the College, winds through the Medical District and Health Science Campus, goes around Laupus Lake, and finishes in front of the Health Science Building. The event is professionally timed.

Registration & Awards

Standard individual registration is $35, with a discounted rate of $25 for ECU students. Prices increase by $10 after March 28th, and a t-shirt giveaway is included with registration, though it is not guaranteed after that date. Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers, as well as the top two finishers in various age categories ranging from 12 and under to 60 and up.
