Event overview
The Pink Ribbon Run is the 10th annual 5K run and 1-mile walk that raises funds for local people battling breast cancer and their families. The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2026, in Greenville, NC, behind the Hilton Greenville on Landmark Street. The 5K is held on a certified course and the event is timed by Run The East, LLC. The 1-mile walk is untimed.

Registration, fees and awards
Registration for the 5K lists a base fee of $30, which includes an event t-shirt. There is no charge for the 1-mile walk and no shirt for free participants. Student rates are specified: ages 5-17 at $13 (includes shirt) and ages 18-21 at $18 (includes shirt). A team discount of $5 per person applies for teams of four or more. The listing states registration opens March 17, 2026, at 12:00am EDT and that participants must register by September 21, 2025 to be guaranteed an event t-shirt. On-site registration and packet pickup begin on race day at 12:00 pm.
