Parker Parks and Recreation Miles over the Meadow Mother’s Day 5K & Family Fun Trek
The event takes place on May 9, 2026 at Tallman Meadow Park in Parker, Colorado. Two event options are offered: a 5K road run or walk and a one mile Family Fun Trek with a leisure route that includes a duck hunt feature for children.

- Family Fun Trek (one mile leisure walk)
Event fees start at $40 for the 5K and $36 for the Family Fun Trek; the Family Fun Trek price includes up to four participants and an additional fee of $9 applies per extra participant up to seven. Price increases after April 24, 2026. Groups of four or more who register for the 5K in the same transaction are eligible for a 10% discount with a required discount code.
Both 5K and Family Fun Trek registrations include breakfast, a custom race bib, and post-race beer for participants aged 21 and over. Commemorative finisher medals are available as an add-on and must be ordered by May 1; commemorative items are not included by default. Awards will go to the overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age division (12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
The event is held rain, snow or shine and is nonrefundable. Any proceeds will benefit the Town of Parker Scholarship Program. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday May 8 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with event-day pickup opening at 7:00 a.m. at Tallman Meadow Park.
