The Love 'em or Leave 'em Valentine's Day race is a professionally timed 5K and 10K held on Feb. 14, 2026 at Salisbury Equestrian Park, 11920 Motsenbocker Road, Parker, CO 80134. The event is part of the Parker Parks and Recreation Run Series. A free Kids' Dash for children 8 and under follows the race; no registration is required. Registered participants receive a long-sleeve poly blend race shirt, a race bib, a post-race pancake breakfast and a post-race beer for those 21 and older with ID. Course maps are available for both distances.

Registration, logistics and awards

Starting registration fees are $40 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K, plus processing fees. Groups of four or more who register together receive a 10% discount. Price increases occur on January 31; shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by Jan. 30. A commemorative finisher medal is available for purchase as an add-on through Feb. 2. Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, Feb. 13 (3:00-7:00 p.m., location TBD) and race-day packet pickup will be available at the park beginning at 9:00 a.m. The event is held rain, snow or shine and refunds are not issued. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and to top finishers by age group. Strollers and leashed dogs are allowed but must remain on the right side of the trail.
