The Parker Parks and Recreation Dash Across the Dam Father’s Day 5K takes place on June 20, 2026 at Rueter-Hess Reservoir in Parker, CO (9343 Double Angel Road). Logistics and awards
Registration fee for the 5K starts at $40 plus processing; a listed price shows $43.65 including a $3.65 fee. Registration prices increase after June 5 and event-day walk-up registration will not be available. Finisher medals are offered as a purchasable add-on during registration; the add-on closes on June 5. Registered 5K participants receive a commemorative item, a pancake breakfast, and a souvenir bib. Participants aged 21 and over may redeem a post-event beer with their bib at Bodega Beer Company.
A post-race day pass per car is available as an add-on; the pass allows continued access to the premises on race day but excludes personal watercraft and fishing, and re-entry is not permitted once a vehicle leaves. Watercraft rentals at the reservoir are available through Surf'SUP, with walk-up rentals offered on event day. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, June 19, 3:00-7:00 p.m. (location TBD); event-day packet pickup opens at the race site beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in these age divisions: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
