The course starts on Quai Jacques Chirac at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and finishes on Avenue de Paris in front of the Château de Versailles.

Access to the start zone is possible via RER C "Pont de l'Alma" or Metro stations Bir Hakeim, Trocadéro and Alma-Marceau. Accompanying persons can reach the finish via the stations Versailles Chantiers, Versailles Rive Gauche, Versailles Rive Droite or Porchefontaine.

There are refreshment stations at KM5.4, KM8.4, KM13.4 and at the finish. Medical assistance is provided by the Red Cross and/or SAMU at 12 emergency points. More than 20 orchestras and bandas provide on-course animation. Timing is by chip on the bib with detection at the start, at the top of the Côtes des Gardes and at the finish.
