PARAGHOUL 5K/10K : Paragould, Arkansas

The third annual PARAGHOUL 5K/10K takes place on October 24, 2026 in downtown Paragould at 101 South Pruett Street. The 5K and 10K races use the paved 8 Mile Creek Trail and both start and finish in the downtown area.

Distances:

5K run - 3.1 Miles
10K run - 6.2 Miles
Kids Fun Run - 0.4 Miles
Over 18 Inflatable Fun Run - 0.4 Miles
Spirit Runner (non participant)

Finishers receive medals and there are age group awards. A costume contest returns with first, second, and third place prizes. The kids fun run includes a race shirt, medal, a custom PARAGHOUL water bottle, and candy. The Over 18 Inflatable Fun Run provides an event t-shirt and prizes for the top three participants.
