Event Overview
The ParaGhoul 5k/10k is an annual running event held in downtown Paragould, Arkansas. The event features multiple distance options and takes place on a paved course that utilizes the 8 Mile Creek Trail. Participants start and finish in the downtown area. The course is designed to accommodate various paces, including running and walking.
The following distances are available:
- 10k run (6.2 miles)
- 5k run (3.1 miles)
- Kids Fun Run (0.4 miles)
- Over 18 Inflatable Fun Run (0.4 miles)
A costume contest is held during the event, with prizes awarded for the top three placements. The Inflatable Fun Run is a specific category for adults to participate in costume over a shorter distance. Participants in the 5k and 10k races receive a finisher medal and a swag bag. Participants in the Kids Fun Run receive a shirt, a medal, a water bottle, and candy.
