Panola Push Pedal Run
Panola Push Pedal Run is the third annual endurance event at the Panola Chamber of Commerce in Carthage, Texas on October 17, 2026. The event presents road running and bike routes that begin and end at the Panola Chamber of Commerce and use unique loops for each distance through East Texas pineywoods.
Distances offered include:
- 1.1 miles 1 Mile Run/Walk
- 3.6 miles 5K Run/Walk
- 5.8 miles 6 Mile Ride
- 32 miles 30 Mile Ride
- 68 miles 100K Ride/Race
The event includes packet pickup opportunities on the day before and on the event day. Participants who order a tri-blend event tee by October 7 are more likely to receive a guaranteed shirt and size. All finishers receive a finisher medal and there are 1st place awards for male and female finishers at each distance. The 100K bike race offers cash prizes for top three places.
Course support and on-course services include aid station food and hydration, marked routes, photography, and volunteer support. Bike riders must wear helmets; bike lights and high visibility clothing are recommended. There is an aid station at the halfway point for the 30 Mile and 100K routes. Event support includes a lead vehicle and sag service and local police assistance at some intersections. Course maps are available on Strava.
