2026 Pacing for Preemies 5K
The event is a community 5K run, walk, and virtual option held at Flowood Nature Park in Flowood, Mississippi on September 26, 2026. The course begins and ends at the park and follows the jogging path on Flowood Drive east to the entrance of the Bella Ridge neighborhood, then returns along the same route. Race timing is provided by SISU Race Timing.

Registration for in-person participants includes one event T-shirt (guaranteed for those registered by the August 28 deadline), one swag bag, and post-race refreshments. Packet pickup is available at the Milk Bank Office, 2001 Airport Road, Suite 204, Flowood on the day before the event. Online registration closes on September 23, 2026.
Awards are planned for overall male and female finishers, the top three male and female runners in each age division, the top three male and female walkers overall, the individual who raises the most in pledges, and the largest team.
