Pacing for Preemies 5K
The Pacing for Preemies 5K takes place at Flowood Nature Park in Flowood, Mississippi on September 26, 2026. The event is offered in multiple formats to accommodate different participation preferences.

The run and walk begin and end at Flowood Nature Park. The course follows the jogging path on Flowood Drive east to the entrance of the Bella Ridge neighborhood, then returns to the park along the same route. Race timing will be provided by SISU Race Timing.
Registration for in person runners and walkers includes one event T shirt for those registered by August 28, one swag bag, and post race refreshments. Packet pickup is available at the Milk Bank Office, 2001 Airport Road, Suite 204, Flowood. Race day check in and walk up registration occur at the park. Online registration closes September 23, 2026. Awards will be presented for overall male and female finishers, top three male and female runners in each age division, top three male and female walkers overall, the individual who raises the most in pledges, and the largest team.
