Pacing for Preemies 5K at Flowood Nature Park
The Pacing for Preemies 5K is scheduled for September 26, 2026 at Flowood Nature Park in Flowood, Mississippi. The event supports the Mothers' Milk Bank of MS and includes in-person and virtual participation options.
The run and walk start and finish at Flowood Nature Park. The course follows the jogging path on Flowood Drive east to the entrance of the Bella Ridge neighborhood and then returns to the park along the same route. Race timing is provided by SISU Race Timing.

Registration for in-person participants includes one event T shirt if registered by August 28, one swag bag, and post race refreshments. Published registration fees include mandatory charges; listed amounts for its registration window are $39.61 for the 5K run and 5K walk, and $44.98 for the virtual 5K.
Awards are given to overall male and female finishers; the top three male and female runners in each age division; the top three male and female walkers overall; the individual who raises the most in pledges; and the largest team.
Packet pickup is available Friday, September 25 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Milk Bank office at 2001 Airport Road, Suite 204, Flowood. Race day check in and walk up registration are scheduled the morning of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
