Pacing for Preemies 5K : Flowood Nature Park, Flowood MS
The Pacing for Preemies 5K takes place on September 26, 2026, at Flowood Nature Park in Flowood, Mississippi. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and starts and finishes at Flowood Nature Park. The course runs east along the jogging path on Flowood Drive to the entrance of the Bella Ridge neighborhood, then returns to the park along the same route.

Registration types list set fees and an online registration window that closes in late September. Event registration includes one event T-shirt for those registered by the August 28 deadline, one swag bag, and post-race refreshments. Race timing is provided by SISU Race Timing.
Packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the event at the Milk Bank office located at 2001 Airport Road, Suite 204, Flowood. Awards are planned for overall male and female finishers, the top three male and female runners in each age division, the top three male and female walkers overall, the individual who raises the most in pledges, and the largest team.
