Pacing for Preemies 5K
Pacing for Preemies 5K is a fundraising 5K event held on September 26, 2026 at Flowood Nature Park in Flowood, Mississippi. The event offers in-person and virtual options and supports the Mothers' Milk Bank of MS.
Course details note that the run and walk both begin and end at Flowood Nature Park. Participants follow the jogging path on Flowood Drive east to the entrance of the Bella Ridge neighborhood, then return to the park along the same route. Race timing will be provided by SISU Race Timing.

Registration for runners and walkers includes one event T-shirt (guaranteed for registrations by August 28), one swag bag, and post-race refreshments. Awards are planned for overall male and female finishers, the top three male and female runners in each age division, the top three male and female walkers overall, the individual who raises the most in pledges, and the largest team.
