Pace and Pedal Duathlon
The duathlon consists of a 4.7-mile run on a non-paved trail, followed by a 10.5-mile bike ride on paved roads. Participants can register as individuals or as two-person teams. A bike helmet is required for the biking portion, and earbuds/music are not allowed during that segment for safety. All individual finishers, including team members, receive a finisher's medal. Top finisher prizes are awarded in a Youth Category for ages 17 and under, as well as for the top team overall and for top individual male and female finishers.
Pace and Pedal 5K Color Fun Run/Walk
This event is open to all ages. The 5K course is fully paved and is described as stroller-friendly. Participants will be sprinkled with color, but have the option to bypass the color stations. It is a self-timed, fun run/walk with no awards given. Registration is free for participants age 12 and under, and costs $10 for those age 13 and up. Pets are not permitted.
Pace and Pedal Youth Color Run
This is a free event for ages 12 and under. The course is a paved 1.0-mile run. Participants are sprinkled with color. Youth participants receive a finisher's medal and sunglasses with registration.
