9th Annual OutRun Hunger 5K
The event takes place on 10/03/2026 at 3400 Harvest Corner Dr, Richmond, TX 77406. It is hosted by Harvest Green by Johnson Development and benefits East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry.

The 5K is professionally timed and awards finisher medals to the top three male & female finishers in each age group. Age groups include 17 and under, 18-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus. The Kids Run is a 1K event; each child receives a finisher ribbon. Children signed up for the Kids Run may also participate in the 5K.
Registration options include standard entries and run-and-fundraise entries for both the 5K and the Kids Run. Fundraising participants can set goals, create a fundraising page, and the person who raises the most funds receives a prize. Registration fees listed are $30.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the Kids Run.
Sponsorship levels range from Bronze ($250) to Platinum ($1,000) and include benefits such as free registrations, name or logo on the event t-shirt, a vendor booth at the post-race party, and inclusion of promotional items in swag bags. Swag bags are limited to one per family while supplies last. Strollers are welcome; bikes and scooters are not permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
