OutRun Hunger 5K - Richmond
The 9th Annual OutRun Hunger 5K takes place on October 3, 2026 at 3400 Harvest Corner Dr, Richmond, Texas. The event supports East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry; proceeds from the event are designated to that organization. The previous year’s event reported raising over $35,000.
Event options include a professionally timed 5K and a 1K kids run, plus fundraising entries and multiple sponsor levels.

Age group categories for the 5K awards are 17 and under, 18-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus. Children registered for the kids run may also participate in the 5K. Fundraising options let participants set goals and create personal pages; a prize is awarded to the person who raises the most.
Sponsorship tiers are listed with associated benefits: Bronze ($250), Silver ($500), Gold ($750), and Platinum ($1,000). Benefits include a set number of free registrations, name or logo placement on the event shirt, a vendor booth at the post-race gathering, and the ability to include promotional items in swag bags.
Additional event notes: post-race activities include a bounce house, face painting, vendor booths, and photo opportunities; strollers are welcome, bikes and scooters are not permitted; t shirts are only guaranteed through September 11 and swag bags are one per family while supplies last.
