OutRun Hunger 5K is a community running event held at 3400 Harvest Corner Dr, Richmond, Texas. The event benefits East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry and is hosted by Harvest Green. Proceeds support the beneficiary's local assistance programs.

The 5K is professionally timed and awards finisher medals to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age categories are: 17 and under; 18-24; 25-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+.
The kids 1K is described as a quick, fun run; each child receives a finisher ribbon. Children signed up for the kids run may also participate in the 5K.
A fundraising option is available for both the 5K and the kids run. Participants can set fundraising goals, create a fundraising page, and the person who raises the most receives a prize.
Sponsorship tiers are offered with defined benefits: Bronze ($250), Silver ($500), Gold ($750), and Platinum ($1,000). Benefits include free registrations, name or logo on the event shirt, a vendor booth at the post-race party, and inclusion of promotional items in swag bags.
Additional event notes: post-race activities include a bounce house, face painting, vendor booths, and photo opportunities. Swag bags are limited to one per family while supplies last. Strollers are welcome; bikes and scooters are not.
