The Outlaw Original Weekend takes place on 25–26 July 2026 at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham. The event features the English and British Long Distance Triathlon Championships as part of the Sunday race program.
Races and Activities
Multiple triathlon and running events are scheduled across the weekend.
- Outlaw Original (full-distance): A 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run.
- Outlaw Middle: A 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run.
- Outlaw Original Aquabike: A 2.4-mile swim and a 112-mile bike ride.
- Outlaw Sprint: A 750m swim, a 20km bike ride, and a 5km run.
- Future Outlaw: Running events for younger family members, with a 1.2-mile run and a 2.4-mile run.
A relay option is available for some events, allowing participants to share the challenge with a team. Saturday focuses on the sprint events and family running races, while Sunday hosts the longer triathlon and aquabike events.
Venue and Logistics
The event village offers a lively atmosphere with grandstand seating at the finish line, food options, and exhibitors. Onsite camping is available at the National Water Sports Centre, a short walk from the event site. Nearby accommodation can be found in West Bridgford and Nottingham City Centre.
