Ultra Trail Serra de Montsant
Ultra Trail Serra de Montsant (UTSM) is a multi-distance trail running event in Ulldemolins and the Parc Natural de la Serra de Montsant, held on 10 and 11 October 2026 for its 17th edition. The event combines single-stage and stage formats and is organised with semi-autonomy in mind.

- Montsant Stage Run 88 km total (63 km + 25 km)

Key technical facts: the Ultra lists about 3 470 m positive elevation and a 15-hour cutoff; the marathon shows about 2 343 m positive elevation and a 10-hour cutoff. The stage format totals roughly 4 733 m positive elevation across two days; athletes cannot remain in the finish area between stages once it closes.
Competition status and points: the event is ITRA-scored and provides UTMB qualification points (for example the ultra gives 3 ITRA points; the stage run has higher ITRA/UTMB index values). Prizes include monetary awards for the top three overall men and women in the ultra and marathon and category prizes.
On-course services: multiple aid stations are located at specified kilometre points with different service levels; isotonic drinks are available at selected stations.
