The Onkolauf Essen is an annual running competition organized by Onkolauf e.V. in cooperation with TLV Germania Überruhr. The run takes place in Grugapark Essen and includes various events such as walking, Nordic walking, children's runs, student runs, corporate and team runs, as well as a main run.
The total proceeds from the event are donated to the cancer counseling service PariSozial gGmbH in Essen. Participants can register online and receive certificates, prizes, and a challenge cup for the group with the most participants. The run promotes community spirit and supports a good cause.
