The One by the Canal

The One by the Canal is a scenic Half Marathon trail race running from Cowley Rec, Cowley, along the Grand Union Canal to finish at Cassiobury Park, Watford. The course uses country paths and woodland trails, delivering nature-filled canal scenery. Key features include chip timing, a finisher medal, on-site refreshments, and four water stations about every 5k.
