One Ale of a Trail : Little Elm, Texas
One Ale of a Trail is a fall trail running event held on November 7, 2026, on the Lakefront Trail along Lake Lewisville in Little Elm, Texas. The event offers multiple options:

The course follows mostly crushed granite, packed dirt, and natural trail surfaces with a few bridges and lakeside sections. The route is described as runnable and approachable. All three distances are chip timed by Run Project, with official finish times and live results. Participants should be able to maintain approximately a 16–17 minute per mile pace to finish before course support begins closing; final time limits will be published before race day.
Finishers receive a vintage-inspired long sleeve shirt, a custom bottle opener finisher medal, and a race bib. Awards are presented for overall male and female winners, masters, and age groups in each distance; winners must be present at the awards ceremony to collect awards. Post-race amenities include a beer garden with free beer for participants 21 and older, music, DJ, and a lawns-and-chairs atmosphere near the finish.
Additional details: packet pickup is available at scheduled locations before race day and on race morning, free parking is available near Beard Park, dogs and strollers are not permitted on course, and aid stations with water will be placed along the route.
