Chase The Moon Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5k & 10k
This event takes place on Wednesday 27 October 2027 at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, North Park (1A Honour Lea Ave, London E20 1DY). It offers timed road races over the following distances:
- 10 km
- 5 km
The course is described as flat and fast through North Park with 8 m of elevation gain. Each kilometre is clearly marked and marshals are positioned on course. Results are chip timed. Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos, post-race goodies and a bag drop.
There is a designated bag drop inside Timber Lodge, Room B, and on-site toilets at Timberlodge Cafe in the Event Village. Water is provided at the 2.5 km point and at the finish. The Event Village includes food and drink provisions and free finish-line photos from event photographers.
Minimum ages apply: 10 km entrants must be at least 15 years old and 5 km entrants must be at least 11 years old. The organisers note accessibility provisions and welcome buggy runners and wheelchair athletes, asking participants to be mindful of others when overtaking.
Travel options include paid parking at Westfield Stratford City and nearby stations at Stratford, Stratford International, Hackney Wick, Pudding Mill and Leyton. Cycle parking is available in the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
