The Old Mill Run takes place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Columbus, GA. The start and finish are at the Downtown YMCA, located at 24 14th St, Columbus, GA 31901. The event offers the following distances:

- 1 mile
The course uses road and riverwalk sections. The 4-mile and 1-mile route maps are provided by the organizer.
Registration, fees and packet pick up
Registration opens January 1, 2026. Pricing is listed as $30 for CRR members and $35 for nonmembers for the 4-mile event; the 1-mile entry is $30. There is no race day registration. Registrants who register by June 5 at noon are guaranteed a shirt. Packet pick up is at Big Dog Running, 12 West 11th St, on Friday, June 12 from 12:00 to 6:00 pm. There is no packet pick up on Saturday.
Awards and proceeds
The 4-mile race awards 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall for male and female, plus masters male and female. Age-group awards (1st, 2nd, 3rd) cover: under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & above. All participants in the 1-mile receive a medal. The event is part of the CRR Summer Series; participants registered for the series do not need separate registration for this individual race. Proceeds will be donated to the YMCA after expenses.
