Event Details
The Old Mill Run is an event featuring two distances: a 4 Miler and a 1 mile run. Both races start and finish at the Downtown YMCA in Columbus, Georgia. The course takes place on roads and the Riverwalk.
Registration and Fees
Registration is available online and closes on June 11, 2026. There is no registration on the day of the race. Fees are as follows:
- Old Mill Run 4 Mile Member: $30
- Old Mill Run 4 Mile Nonmember: $35
- Old Mill Run 1 Mile: $30 Participants who register by noon on June 5 are guaranteed a shirt. Packet pick-up is available at Big Dog Running (12 West 11th St) on Friday, June 12, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There is no packet pick-up on race day.
Awards and Series
The 4 Miler includes awards for the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as Masters winners. Age group awards are presented for categories from under 14 to 70 & above. All participants in the 1 mile event receive a medal. The race is part of the CRR Summer Series; participants registered for the full series do not need to sign up for this individual event.
Beneficiary
After expenses, the proceeds from the event are donated to the YMCA. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
