Event Overview

The festival includes several running events as part of its 'Empowering Youth' series and a 'Top Dog' event:

- Obama Games Empowering Youth 1k – Open to participants aged 4 to 9.
- Obama Games Empowering Youth 2k – Open to participants aged 10 to 12.
- Obama Games Empowering Youth 5K – There are two 5K events: one for ages 13 to 17 and another for ages 18 and over.
- Obama Games Top Dog 2k – A 2-kilometer event.
Event Details
Bib pickup for the 5K events is available on the morning of the event. A race shirt is included with 5K registration. Bib pickup closes 20 minutes before the start of each event. Late registration is available at bib pickup on race morning.
Parking at the main sports complex is reserved for VIP guests, volunteers, staff, and vendors. Limited participant parking is available at Dorsey High School. The event location is across from the Metro E line's Expo/La Brea station. Spectator passes are included with event or clinic purchases, with additional passes available for purchase.
