About the race
Nottingham Running Festival takes place on 29 August 2027 at Nottingham Racecourse within Colwick Country Park, Nottingham NG2 4BE. The event offers timed races over several distances and an event village with facilities.

The course uses a 5 km loop on flat tarmac inside the racecourse and gravel paths in Colwick Park. Laps: Half Marathon uses a mini lap plus four laps, 10K is two laps and 5K is one lap. The half marathon route lists 20 m elevation gain.
Included with entry are a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. Race packs are collected from the event village. An optional event T-shirt is available in sizes XS to XXL.
Minimum ages apply: half marathon 17, 10K 15 and 5K 11. Facilities include toilet blocks in the racecourse grandstand and water provided approximately every 5 km, with water available at the finish; the 5K does not pass a water station on course.
Accessibility notes state that buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome and should take care when overtaking. Dogs are not allowed for runners or spectators. Parking at the racecourse is limited and there are additional car parks around Colwick Country Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
