Event details
The Nottingham 10K takes place on Sunday 08 March 2026. The race distance is 10 km. The route starts at Old Market Square and finishes inside the grounds of Nottingham Castle. After leaving the start, the course heads north of the city centre along Mansfield Road, passes Nottingham Girls High School, continues via Forest Road East and Church Rock Cemetery, then returns south towards the city centre, passes Motorpoint Nottingham Arena, loops around the Park Estate and finishes inside Nottingham Castle. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. Race numbers are collection-only.
Practical information
Included for entrants are chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, the option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt and iTAB, and an event medal. Baggage may be left in the designated Baggage Store using the tear-off strip on the race number. Water stations on course provide 330 ml screw-top bottles and recycling bins are available at each station. Pacers, sponsored by Arla Protein, will carry flags showing intended finish times. Allocated toilets are located around the stadium area; there is a zero-tolerance policy on public urination. First aid stations are located near water stations, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start/finish and roaming first aiders in the Event Village. Event photography will be provided by MarathonPhotos and results will be posted on the event results page after the race. Travel options include car, bus, rail, bike and Park and Ride; the tram service in the city centre is not affected by the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
