About the event
The Northern Strike 5K is an annual event. It takes place at the Camp Grayling Parade Field in Grayling, Michigan. Participants can join for a run, walk, or ruck over a distance of 5K.
Event details
The event includes an award ceremony. Custom awards are presented to the first-place overall male and female finishers. Age group awards go to the top three in each class. The age group classes are: Female and Male - 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older, as well as separate categories for Ruck Female and Ruck Male. All participants can download a custom finisher certificate from the event page after the race.
Registration fees are $40 until July 1st. A discounted rate of $30 until July 1st applies to students, veterans, soldiers, and first responders. An additional $10 fee applies for registrations from July 2nd through race day.
Results can be shared automatically on Twitter on race day if participants connect their account. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
