Northern Strike 5K - Grayling, MI
Northern Strike 5K is an annual run, walk, and ruck held at Camp Grayling Parade Field in Grayling, Michigan on August 2, 2026. The event features a 5 kilometer course and includes running, walking, and rucking options.
Custom awards will be presented to the first place overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are given to the top three in each class. Age groups and classes include female and male 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older, plus Ruck female and Ruck male. Participants can download custom finisher certificates from the event page at no charge following the race.
Registration fees are listed as $40 until July 1, with a reduced fee of $30 until July 1 for students, veterans, soldiers and first responders. An additional $10 applies for registrations after July 1 through race day. Results may be posted automatically on race day for participants who connect a Twitter account.
