North Shore Distance Classic - Corridor Running
The North Shore Distance Classic is a road race held on the north shore of Lake Macbride in Solon, Iowa on October 24, 2026. The event offers two distance options:
- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
- 4 mile run/walk
All runners who complete their race receive a finishers' medal. Prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third overall male and female finishers in both the 4 mile and the half marathon categories.
Packet pickup is available on race day only at the Main Lodge from 7:30 to 8:30 am. There is no race day registration. Any requested changes to the entered distance must be reported by 8:00 am on race day.
Registration opens February 23 and uses tiered pricing with increases as the event approaches. Corridor Running members are eligible for a $3 registration discount. Long sleeve shirts are available for an extra cost; shirts are not guaranteed for registrations made after October 10.
