Event Overview
The No Name Trail Races take place on October 24, 2026, in Agoura, California. The event is located at 5792 Chesebro Road, within Cheeseboro National Park, part of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The races feature multiple distances on trail courses.
Distances and Courses
The event offers three trail running distances:
- A 50K ultra marathon.
- A trail half marathon.
- A 5K trail run.
The 50K course covers 31.42 miles with 4,991 feet of elevation gain and has a time limit. The half marathon is 14.1 miles with 1,993 feet of gain. The 5K is 3.6 miles with 491 feet of gain.
Additional Information
The course terrain includes runnable ascents, winding singletrack, steep fire road climbs, and smooth descents. The 50K route extends beyond the canyon for additional climbs. Registration closes on the day before the event.
All participants receive a unique finisher medal. Post-race offerings include hot coffee, cocoa, tacos, and a beer garden for those 21 and over. There are aid stations on the course and free event photos.
Awards are given to the top three overall finishers in all distances. Age group awards are available for 50K and half marathon finishers. The first-place finishers in the half marathon and 50K are invited to compete at the SoCalTrail Season Finale. A course record bonus is offered for the 50K distance.
The event is also part of a separate Trail Half League competition and contributes to a year-long Trail Half Series, which involves six races.
