No Name Trail Races
No Name Trail Races are organized by SoCalTrail and take place at Chesebro Canyon Trailhead in Cheeseboro National Park-Agoura, part of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area near Agoura / Woodland Hills, CA. The 2025 event was postponed from October 25, 2025 due to a government shutdown affecting Cheeseboro and Palo Comado Canyons.
Courses and on-course support
- 50k - 31.42 miles, 4,991 ft of gain
- Half-Marathon - 14.1 miles, 1,993 ft of gain
- 5k - 3.6 miles, 491 ft of gain
The courses start from Old Agoura and include runnable ascents, winding singletrack, steep fire road climbs, and technical drops. The 50k route leaves the canyon for additional climbs and varied landscapes. Aid stations are located at approximately miles 7, 10, 14, 17, 23, and 30; restrooms are noted at miles 10 and 14. Aid stations are stocked with Skratch Labs hydration and on-course supplies. Same-day results and a finisher medal are provided. Post-race services listed include a meal and beer garden (21+), post-race sports massages, free race photos, and a De Soto SkinCooler bandana for all runners. Overall and age-group awards are offered for multiple distances, and winners receive invitations to the season finale event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
