Night Flight 5K
The Night Flight 5K is an annual running event taking place in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Now in its 45th year, the race is staged at the Legacy Park Amphitheater. The course utilizes a combination of the Legacy trail and local roadways, specifically Bluestem Drive and Legacy Park Drive.

The start and finish lines are both located at the Legacy Park Amphitheater. Participants follow a scenic route through the park grounds. After completing the run, the amphitheater venue hosts post-race activities, including snacks and yard games for those involved. Facilities such as the amphitheater parking lot and restrooms are available for use both before and after the event.
Registration includes certain amenities based on timing. A T-shirt is guaranteed for those who complete their registration by early May. The event is a collaborative effort, co-sponsored by Lee's Summit Medical Center and Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation. Logistics for the event include multiple opportunities for packet collection. Early packet pick-up is held at the Lee's Summit Medical Center on the day prior to the race, while a second session for pick-up and late registration occurs at the amphitheater on the day of the event.
