Nicky Cass 5K Challenge
The Nicky Cass 5K Challenge is scheduled for September 26–27, 2026 at Rockland Lake State Park, 299 Lake Road, Congers, NY. The event offers both an in-person race and a virtual option; each event distance is 5K. Registration opens May 1, 2026 and closes June 30, 2026. The registration fee is $35.00.
On-site check-in and same-day registration will be available on the morning of the in-person event. Participants must check in to receive a race bib. Participants who registered before August 31 will receive a t-shirt. The in-person event includes post-race provisions such as water, light snacks, BPN products, a live DJ and three food trucks selling coffee, ices and burgers.
The event supports the Kimpact Foundation. The virtual option allows participants to complete the same 5K distance remotely from any location. The in-person and virtual formats share the same registration window and fee. Additional logistical details and schedule elements are handled by the event organizer.
