About the race
The Delta Dental New England Half Marathon is a point-to-point half marathon held on October 18, 2026, running from Gould Hill Farm in Contoocook, New Hampshire to the New Hampshire State House in Concord. The course is described as downhill along scenic country roads with views of fall foliage and begins at an apple orchard.
The event has a course time limit of 3.5 hours. Aid stations are provided at approximately the 2.0, 3.9, 6.0, 8.4, and 10.7 mile marks; Gatorade is available at each stop beginning at the 6 mile mark. Bathrooms are available at the start, at each aid station via port-a-johns, and at the finish. Trash receptacles are provided at every aid station and mile marker; littering on course may result in disqualification.
Logistics include gear check at the start with transport to the finish, participant shuttles from the finish area back to the start, and a participant drop off area at Gould Hill Farm where drivers must drop and go. There is no parking at the start; finish line parking is available in downtown Concord city lots. Spectators are not allowed at the start but may drive along the course and use parking at Harold Martin School or Concord Hospital.
Post race refreshments include Dasani water, Powerade, bananas, and grab-and-go snacks. Finishers receive a medal, free race photos posted after the event, and a finisher video link. Age-group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each five year age group. The event names Girls on the Run NH as its charity partner.
