Delta Dental New England Half Marathon
The event on October 18, 2026 is a point to point half marathon in New Hampshire that runs from Gould Hill Farm in Contoocook to the New Hampshire State House in Concord. The course is described as downhill and follows scenic country roads with views of fall foliage. Organizers publish a 3.5 hour course time limit.
Aid stations are placed at approximately mile 2, 3.9, 6, 8.4, and 10.7. Gatorade is available at aid stations beginning at the six mile mark and GU Energy chews are provided at the 8.3 mile water stop. Port a johns are located at each aid station and at the finish; bathrooms are available at the start. Trash receptacles are available at every aid station and at each mile marker and course littering may result in disqualification.
Logistics include participant shuttles from the finish to the start, a gear check at the start with bag transport to the finish, and a participant drop off area at Gould Hill Farm; there is no parking available at the start. Finish line parking is available in downtown Concord and city parking is free on Sundays. Spectators are not allowed at the start; roadside viewing and designated parking areas at Harold Martin School and Concord Hospital are noted for cheering along the course.
Awards are given to the top three men and women in each five year age group and finisher medals are distributed at the finish line. Registration benefits include a performance fleece for the first 1,200 registrants, a finisher medal, free digital race photos, and a finish line video. A virtual option is offered with results accepted through the Monday following the event; virtual registrants earn miles toward the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket but do not earn Points Chase points.
