Event overview
The Delta Dental New England Half marathon takes place on October 18, 2026. The point-to-point course starts at Gould Hill Farm in Contoocook, NH and finishes at the New Hampshire State House in Concord. The course is described as downhill and uses scenic country roads. There is a race time limit of 3.5 hours. The first 1,200 registrants receive a performance fleece. Finishers receive a medal at the finish line. Free digital race photos will be posted online a few business days after the event and finishers receive a link to a finisher video shortly after the race. Age-group awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each five-year age group; awards must be claimed at the awards tent and will not be mailed.
Course and logistics
Aid stations are placed at approximately mile 2, 3.9, 6, 8.4, and 10.7. Gatorade is available beginning at the 6 mile station and GU Energy chews are available near mile 8. Course port-a-johns are located at aid stations and at the finish; bathrooms are available at the start. A gear check at the start transports bags to the finish for pickup. There is no parking at the start; downtown Concord city parking serves the finish area. Participant shuttles run from the finish to the start. Spectators are not allowed at the start; public parking areas are noted for roadside viewing. Trash must be deposited at receptacles on course or at mile markers; littering can result in disqualification.
