NAV4 LiAD Recce - Helvellyn to Ambleside

The NAV4 LiAD Recce - Helvellyn to Ambleside is an organized running event hosted by Joe Faulkner and the NAV4 team on behalf of Durty Events. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a section of the route alongside experienced NAV4 tutors and fellow LiAD participants. The recce covers approximately 11 miles with significant elevation gain, traversing the Helvellyn range.

This event is designed to provide valuable insights into navigation, gear selection, and event strategy, making it ideal for both newcomers and seasoned runners preparing for the Lakes in a Day event.
