The Natural Bridge Caverns Trail Run takes place at Natural Bridge Caverns in Garden Ridge, Texas. The race begins inside the caverns and passes through Pluto's Anteroom. The event includes trail running around the caverns and across Hill Country terrain.

- Half Marathon - 13.1 Mi
- 10K - 6.2 Mi
- 5K - 3.1 Mi
The 5K is a single loop on jeep trails and finishes behind NBC Village. The 10K is an out-and-back that includes a notable hill, then merges with the 5K route and finishes behind NBC Village. The Half Marathon covers varied terrain and sections through Hill Country. Much of the route uses dirt jeep trails, with short paved sections near the start and finish.
Logistics and race details
Packet pickup is available the day before at Natural Bridge Caverns and on race day; participants must return to their vehicles after pickup until the mandatory pre-race meeting. The event provides finisher and award medals, an exclusive race t-shirt, a discount on a cave tour ticket, and post-race food featuring Kiolbassa Sausage. The refund policy offers 50% of the race fee (processing fees excluded) for requests made 14 days or more before the event. No refunds are issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, but race packets and shirts will be available for pickup at a designated location.
