Event overview
The Natural Bridge Caverns Trail Run is held at Natural Bridge Caverns in Garden Ridge, Texas. The race starts inside the caverns and routes run through underground areas and on surface trails in the Hill Country. Race categories include:

- 3.1 mi (5K)

Course and logistics
The 5K is a single loop on jeep trails that finishes behind the NBC Village. The 10K is an out-and-back course with a noted hill, merges with the 5K route, and finishes behind NBC Village. The half marathon covers varied terrain and showcases multiple types of surfaces found in the Hill Country. Packet pickup is available the day before at Natural Bridge Caverns and also on race day for all distances. Attendance at the pre-race meeting is mandatory. If the event is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued; race packets and shirts will still be available for pickup at a designated location.
