Namaqua Quest 2027 : Trail and MTB stage event
The Namaqua Quest is a three-day stage event held 10–12 September 2027 at Okiep Country Hotel in O'Kiep, Northern Cape, South Africa. It offers solo entry in MTB, eBike MTB and trail run categories with stage distances that add up across three days.
Entry categories and fees are listed as follows: MTB 153 km over three days, MTB eBike 153 km, and Trail Run 44 km over three days. The published entry fee for both MTB and Trail Run is R5,950. A payment plan allows one third at entry with the remainder due before 1 September 2027.
Stage distances by day are:
- Day 1: Jakkalswater Guest Farm : 54 km MTB, 11.5 km trail run
- Day 2: Goegap Nature Reserve : 48 km MTB, 13.5 km trail run
- Day 3: Okiep Country Hotel : 47 km MTB, 13 km trail run
Accommodation is offered at Okiep Country Hotel with room and house options priced per stay for three nights, with breakfast and dinner included for hotel room bookings and lunches at the finish venue included for participants. Event merchandise and extras are available for purchase. Each race day includes a light lunch for participants and evening activities at the hotel; a prize giving is scheduled on the final day.
