General Information
Helmets are compulsory for all cycling sections. Wetsuits are expected to be compulsory for the sea swims unless water temperature is unusually high. A valid home nation race license or a British Triathlon Race Pass is required for insurance. The festival is supported by a team of volunteers.
Adult events are scheduled for the morning high tide, and youth duathlon events begin in the afternoon. The event has waiting lists for all races and accepts entries for paratriathlon categories. Contact details are provided for further discussion on paratriathlon entries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
