Mulsumer Speckenlauf

The Mulsumer Speckenlauf, also known as the "Hell of Mulsum," is an annual running competition organized by TSV Mulsum v. 1919 e.V. The event includes various distances, such as 5.3 km, 5.3 km Nordic Walking, and 10.5 km for adults, as well as 500 m and 900 m for children.

The race takes place on different surfaces, including gravel, field paths, and asphalt roads. Each participant receives a certificate, and there is an awards ceremony following the races.
