About the race
Mules & Blues Fest hosts a 5K Run/Walk for Infant Mortality Awareness on October 10, 2026, in Marks, Mississippi. The event takes place at the Quitman County Courthouse, 220 Chestnut Street, and covers 5,000 meters (3.1 miles) on a course described as relatively flat with one or two hills. A route map is provided by the organizer.
Registration is $25 per person and there is a strict pre-registration deadline: entries must be received by September 30, 2026. A T-shirt is guaranteed to participants who pre-register on time, with early registrants advised to request their preferred size.
