Mudrun Vlaardingen

Mudrun Vlaardingen is an exciting annual event organized by Adventure Vlaardingen in collaboration with Stichting Survival Vlaardingen. Set in the scenic Broekpolder, participants can choose between two challenging courses: a 5 km family run suitable for beginners and younger participants, and a more demanding 10 km route designed for experienced runners. The event combines elements of obstacle racing, mud running, and survival challenges, ensuring a fun and adventurous experience for all.
