Mudrun Vlaardingen

Mudrun Vlaardingen is an exciting annual event organized by Adventure Vlaardingen in collaboration with Stichting Survival Vlaardingen. Set in the beautiful Broekpolder nature area, the event features a mix of obstacle, mud, and survival runs. Participants can choose between two distances: a 5 km family-friendly route suitable for beginners and children aged 7 and up, and a more challenging 10 km course designed for experienced and recreational runners.
