Muddy Dash - Salt Lake City, UT
The Muddy Dash is an outdoor obstacle event scheduled for July 11, 2026, at the Golden Spike Event Center in Ogden, Utah. The course consists of several miles of terrain featuring approximately twelve specific "Muddy Moments." These stations require participants to navigate through obstacles by running, walking, crawling, wading, or sliding. The mud pits are designed to reach a maximum depth of waist-deep to ensure no swimming is required.
This event focuses on a non-competitive experience, and the course is not timed. Participants are welcome to wear costumes. The layout includes a festival area where attendees can find music, various competitions, and opportunities to win merchandise.
Registration options include:
- Value Registration: Includes a race bib, finisher medal, and access to the post-race party.
- VIP Registration: Includes all value items plus a tour t-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, sunglasses, tattoo, and wristband.
The event operates a "Buy One & Give One" program, where for every registration purchased, the organizers donate a registration to local community members through various partner organizations.
