MPSG Life After Loss 5K and Fun Run
The MPSG Life After Loss 5K and Fun Run is an event held in October in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. It includes in person events at Mason Park in Houston on October 17, 2026, and a virtual 5K challenge available throughout October.

The in person 5K is timed with chips and uses a certified 5K course. Participants may run, walk, or push a stroller along the course. Registered participants who register by October 1 receive a race bib, a finisher medal, and access to food vendors and community booths. Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet Greenbriar and at Mason Park on event day.
The 1K Fun Run is a non timed, family friendly option. Registered participants receive a participation bib, a finisher medal, a race t shirt for each registered person, and access to food vendors and community booths.
The virtual 5K can be completed anytime during October, on one route or over several days. Virtual participants receive a digital bib and a mailed finisher medal. Participants may create personal fundraising pages, and fundraisers who raise at least $100 are eligible for a registration fee refund and other incentives. Teams can be created for group participation and groups of three or more receive discounted registration pricing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
