Mother's Day Classic - Northam

The event takes place at Bernard Park, Minson Avenue, Northam, with the event village and registration located in the park. The course begins at the Avon Descent Tower on Grey Street and follows a riverside loop through Bernard Park, crossing Peel Street Bridge and Avon Bridge before returning along Minson Street. Participants complete one or more laps of the flat, shared pathway depending on their selected wave, finishing back at Bernard Park.

This is a community fun run and walk with no official race timing on the day. Registrations for this event have closed. Facilities and logistics listed for the site include parking at Bernard Park and along Minson Avenue opposite the park, toilets at the Visitors Centre and Bernard Park, accessible parking and toilets, and a pram- and wheelchair-friendly course. Dogs are allowed in all areas, including the course, provided they are on leash. Participants are advised to bring their own water; a water fountain is available in the event village.
