About the race
The Mother's Day Classic in Innisfail is a community run and walk that starts and finishes at Jack Fossey Park on the Innisfail Esplanade. The course follows the riverside walkway, crosses Jubilee Bridge, continues along Coronation Drive to the intersection of Monica Street and Coronation Drive, then returns along the same route to the start area. Event facilities are concentrated at the Event Village at Jack Fossey Park. Free parking is available near the park and on nearby streets.
Public toilets are available at both the start and finish locations. The venue is accessible and described as wheelchair and pram friendly. A water station is provided at the halfway point on the course, and a coffee cart is available at Innisfail Seafood.
Dogs are permitted in all areas on leash. This edition offers a non-competitive format with no official timing services. Registrations for this event have closed.
