Mothers Day 5K - Belpre
The Mothers Day 5K is an annual community event hosted by Westbrook Health Services in Belpre, Ohio. The event features multiple ways to participate, including traditional road races and a specialized fitness competition. Participants can choose from the following event categories:
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- Kids Race (registration occurs on the day of the event)
- Pump-N-Run (includes a weight lifting portion)
- Virtual Race
The main race activities are centered at 1500 Blennerhassett Ave in Belpre. For those participating in the Pump-N-Run, the weight lifting portion of the competition is held at the Westbrook Gym located at 2501 Dudley Ave. in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Individuals who complete their registration by the end of March are guaranteed an event shirt. The event also serves as a fundraiser, with a set goal to support the programs of the organizing health services organization. The schedule spans several days in early May to accommodate the different segments of the competition, including the weight lifting session and the various running and walking events.
