Youth A (13-14): 2 km, 10 km, 1 km; laps 2, 10, 1 on Track 2.
Youth B (10-12): 1 km, 8 km, 1 km; laps 1, 8, 1 on Track 2.
Youth C (7-9): 1 km, 6 km, 450 m; laps 1, 6 on Track 2 and 1 lap on Track 1.
