Moms Rock 5K
The Moms Rock 5K is an annual Mother's Day event held in Cleveland, Ohio. The race takes place at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, located at 3900 Wildlife Way. This event serves as a regional tradition to celebrate and honor mothers through various running and walking activities.
The event offers several participation options to accommodate different ages and interests:
- 5K Run & Walk
- 5K Stroller Division (also referred to as the Cub Carrier 5K)
- 1 Mile Walk (also referred to as the Turtle Trek)
- b.a. Sweetie Candy Company Kids Dash (a 50-meter dash titled the Little Lion Dash)
The 5K Stroller Division provides a specific category for participants completing the distance with strollers. The Kids Dash is designated for children ages 8 and under. Spectator registration is also available for those wishing to attend the event without competing in the races.
Parking is provided on-site at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Due to ongoing construction at the Rainforest area, parking may be located a distance from the main entrance. Participants may collect their race packets during early pickup windows at designated locations prior to the event or on the morning of the race at the zoo.
