Mississippi Blues Marathon, Half, 10K & 5K : Jackson, MS
The 19th edition of the Mississippi Blues Marathon weekend is set for February 21, 2026, with start and finish at Jackson State University Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium, 2531 North State Street, Jackson, MS. The start area is located just outside the football field and the finish line is on the 50 yard line of the stadium. Packet pickup and in-person registration are available the day before at a local retail partner and there is late packet pickup and registration on race morning.

Age notes: the marathon and half marathon are open to ages 12 and older; the BB Kids Mini Marathon is open to ages 12 and under.
Registered marathon runners receive a long sleeve quarter zip. Long sleeve technical shirts are provided to half marathon, 10K, 5K, and relay participants. All finishers receive a 4 inch BB King Centennial finisher medal and a commemorative tote bag. Postrace provisions listed for athletes include prepared food, fresh fruit, snacks, bottled water and sports drinks, canned soft drinks, and beer for those over 21.
