MISH Waterfront Marathon - Gladstone, Michigan
The MISH Waterfront Marathon event offers three road-running distances that start and finish at the Terrace Bay Hotel on the shores of Lake Michigan. The course follows the Little Bay de Noc shoreline and uses a non-motorized pathway and boardwalk through the northern portion of Gladstone, passing VanCleve Park where the 10K turns around.

All race courses are USATF certified and designated as Boston qualifying routes. The organizer provides seven aid stations along the route, each offering water and Powerade and spaced at roughly two-mile intervals. Official timing and water support conclude after six hours; walkers are permitted.
Pre-race packet pickup is held at the Terrace Bay Hotel atrium on the day before the race and on race day at the hotel. Race entries include a race shirt, finisher medal, race bib, and post-race refreshments; post-race offerings include an Upper Peninsula craft beer and other refreshments. Terrace Bay Hotel features waterfront rooms, an indoor pool, and a full-service restaurant for lodging and packet pickup convenience.
