Entry passes are valid for one person and must be claimed using the official sales partner. Race pack collection requires presentation of the e-ticket and an official identity document; collection cannot be delegated to another person.
The venue provides several on-site facilities, including a food court, information center, medical services, merchandise, prayer room, parking area, photo booth, smoking area, toilets, and water stations. The event also lists items that are allowed and items prohibited inside the venue, and it restricts activities that could disturb public order or safety.
