Minds in Motion Walk a Thon
Minds in Motion is Mind Forward's second annual walkathon, held on September 20, 2026 at 176 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. The event is family friendly and welcomes clients, families, staff, sponsors, volunteers and community members.
Participants can choose among multiple route options.
- 5 km scenic loop through Mississauga Valley Park
- 2.5 km shorter route
- 1 km shorter route
All funds raised support VISTA, Mind Forward's vocational program. VISTA helps participants build practical job skills, explore volunteer and employment opportunities, develop confidence, and work toward greater independence.
Shorter routes include accessible options. The event offers sponsorship opportunities and vendor spaces; vendor applications are reviewed and submitting an application does not guarantee a space.
