Mill Towns Race Series
The Mill Towns Race Series is a running event held in Dundas, Minnesota, with races that start and finish at Memorial Park on 1st Street South. The event offers chip timed road races on a flat, tree-lined course that follows the Cannon River between Dundas and Northfield.
Distances:
- Marathon
- Half marathon
- 10K
The marathon course is certified and qualifies for Boston. The course is a looping route: the 10K completes one loop, the half marathon completes two loops, and the marathon completes four loops. The route runs along the Cannon River and passes through the two Mill Towns, Dundas and Northfield.
Event services include water stops, finish line food, race bibs and finisher medals. Packet pick up is offered ahead of race day and on race day. An optional race shirt is available for 2026 registrants. The event is chip timed and is presented with fewer on-site logistics such as an expo; organizers state there are no long lines or parking headaches.
The series is hosted by Your Pace or Mine Running Club and supported by sponsors including Post Consumer Brands. The event supports Project Purple, a nonprofit for pancreatic cancer research and patient aid, with a history of donations totaling more than $25,000 and a fundraising option that can waive entry fees at a specified fundraising level.
