The Mill Towns Race Series
The Mill Towns Race Series in Dundas, Minnesota, offers chip-timed marathon, half marathon and 10K events on a flat, scenic, looping course along the Cannon River between Dundas and Northfield. The marathon and half marathon are USATF sanctioned and run on the certified course MN24023MAB; the marathon is Boston qualifying. Races start and finish at Memorial Park in Dundas, where parking, bib pick-up and pre- and post-race gatherings are held.
The course is tree-lined and looped. Distances:
- Marathon four loops
- Half marathon two loops
- 10K one loop
On-course and event amenities include water stops, finish-line food, race bibs and finisher medals. New for 2026 is an optional race shirt available at registration. Packet pick-up is available ahead of race day and on race day. The event is hosted by Your Pace or Mine Running Club, an RRCA member club, and is the host site for the Road Runners Club of America 2026 marathon state championship. The series supports Project Purple, a nonprofit funding pancreatic cancer research and patient financial aid, and has donated more than $25,000 to the organization in the event's history.
The host club also schedules preview runs on the course; planned previews listed include June 3 at Chapel Brewing and July 25 at L&M Bar & Grill, with a September preview to be announced. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
