The Mill Towns Race Series
The Mill Towns Race Series includes chip timed marathon, half marathon and 10K races held in Dundas, Minnesota, with start and finish at Memorial Park on 1st Street South. The marathon course is USATF certified (MN24023MAB) and Boston qualifying. The event is sanctioned by USATF and follows USATF competition rules for long distance and road events.
The course is a looping, tree lined route along the Cannon River that runs from Dundas to Northfield and back. The 10K completes one loop, the half marathon two loops and the marathon four loops. Runners encounter water stops along the route. Finish line food, race bibs and finisher medals are provided.
Logistics noted by the organizer include parking at Memorial Park and packet pickup options both before race day and on race day. An optional race shirt is available for 2026 registrants. The event is hosted by Your Pace or Mine Running Club, a Road Runners Club of America member club and affiliate nonprofit, and is powered by Post Consumer Brands.
The race supports Project Purple and has donated more than $25,000 to that nonprofit in the event’s history. A fundraising option is offered during registration; raising $250 will waive the entry fee according to the organizer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
