Course and logistics
The course is a looping, tree-lined route along paved trails on both sides of the Cannon River between Dundas and Northfield. The route is described as flat, with total elevation gain of 107 ft. The 10K completes one loop, the half marathon two loops, and the marathon four loops. Memorial Park serves as the location for parking, bib pickup, and pre- and post-race food. Aid stations provide water and Gatorade at miles 2 and 4 and in Memorial Park (mile 6.5 for half/marathon); LMNT electrolyte packets will be available for mixing. Runners may refill personal bottles and are asked to carry their own nutrition. Restroom facilities and porta-potties are available at Memorial Park and at multiple points along the course. Official pacers are not provided; bandits are allowed to run with participants on one or two of the 6-mile loops. Runners must pass the last aid station by 1:30 PM.
