Miles for Myles 5K 2026
The Miles for Myles 5K is an annual fundraising run and fun run held at 1079 Massachusetts Avenue in Lunenburg, MA on October 18, 2026. The event is hosted by the Lunenburg XC/Track and Field Boosters and is presented with the stated mission "Community Through Caring".

- Kids Fun Run
Proceeds support the XC/Track and Field Boosters, including a scholarship for a Lunenburg student athlete, and also benefit the Lunenburg Food Pantry and the Lunenburg Turkey Hill Family Lions Club. The event was established after the death of a Lunenburg student athlete and has historically contributed to local athletic infrastructure and school programs, including more than $200,000 raised toward the Mulligan/McCarron Lunenburg Athletic Facility and support for the No Need to Speed campaign. The Lunenburg Track and Fields Association (LTAFA), formed in 1999, is noted in the event history for its role in bringing athletic facilities to the town.
Registration uses tiered pricing with early registration options that include a shirt and later pricing that may exclude a shirt. Participants who register by 9/30 are listed as eligible to receive a race day T shirt. The 5K course returns to the high school campus.
